Pressure Vessel  강재는 주로 압력용기 , LPG Tank,
각종 액화물 저장 Tank, 화력 발전 보일러, 원유 정제 용기로 사용되며

사용 조건이 얼마나 가혹한지, 설비의 대형화와 복잡성에 따라
고온, 저온, 상온용으로 구분해서 사용됩니다.

그 중 중고온용 강재는 300℃ ~ 500℃의 고온에서 사용 가능토록
고온 Creep강도, 내산화성을 향상 시키기 위해 Mo 와 Cr 을 첨가합니다.

또한 액화 Gas등의 저장 용기용 강판은 극저온 환경인
-30℃ ~ -196℃에서 사용되므로 저온 인성 향상 원소인 Ni 을 첨가하며,

고압 환경에서 사용되므로
내부 품질이 무척 중요합니다.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用 鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
pressure vessels.
압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Steels for boilers
Steel products manufactured for boilers and pressure vessels which
require strength at a high temperature and weldability.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
boilers and pressure vessels.
보일러 및 압력용기용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성을 중요시해서
제조 된 강재로 보통, 보일러 및 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.

※ Creep test
Slow permanent deformation in a metallic specimen
produced by a relatively small steady force,  below the
elastic limit, acting for a long period of time
시험편을 일정한 온도를 유지하고, 여기에 일정한 하중을
가하여, 시간과 더불어 변화하는 변형을 측정하는 시험.
