철강재의 수출,
수입에는 HS Code 가, 있어야 합니다.

HS Code 는, 국제 통일 상품 분류 체계로
약칭 Harmonized System Code를 말합니다.

한국관세무역개발원의
HS 품목별 수출입 통관 편람에서

강 (Steel)은 실용상
단조 (鍛造)에 적합한 철재로

탄소 함유량이 전 중량의
100분의 2이하 (2%) 를 강 (steel) 이라고 정의하고

스테인레스강은 탄소 함유량이 전 중량의
100분의 1.2 (1.2%) 이하이고

Cr (크롬)의 함유량이 전 (全)중량의
100분의 10.5(10.5%) 이상인 합금강이라고 정의하면서

그 밖의 원소가 함유되어 있는지는 상관 없다 라하고 있습니다.
그 밖의 합금강에 대해서는

스테인레스강의 정의에 해당하지 않으면서
다음에 나타나는 원소 하나 이상의, 함유량의 중량비가

다음 비율 이상의 합금강 (Alloy Steel) 이라고
정의합니다.

※ Alloy steel
Steel to which one or more alloy elements are added in order to
improve the properties of steel or to give designated properties.
Although the standards for the contents of alloy elements are
a little different from those ISO 4948-1, according to the classification
by Custom Co-operation Council, the steel of which chemical
composition is contained at least the following contents

스텐인레스강이란 내식성을 향상시킬 목적으로 Cr 또는 Cr + Ni 을
합금 시킨 합금강으로, 일반적으로는 Cr 함유량이 약 11% 이상 합금된
강을 스테인레스강이라고 하고, 그 조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계
페라이트계, 오스테나이트계, 오스테나이트 + 페라이트계인 이상(Duplex : 二相)계
석출경화계 로 5가지로 나뉩니다.

or less to improve the corrosion resistance.
They are classified into 5 types, which are martensitic, ferritic,
austenitic, austenitic-ferritic and precipitation hardening.
