보일러 압력 용기에 제일 자주 사용되는
열처리는 Normalizing 입니다.

※ Normalizing — Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing
followed by air cooling. The purposes of this operation are to
eliminate the influence of pre-working, to render the crystal
grains finder and to improve their mechanical properties.
오스테나이트화 후 공기 중에서 냉각하는 열처리로
노말라이징 열처리의 목적은 강재 생산 앞 공정에서 받은 응력 (Stress)를 풀어주고
결정립을 미세화, 표준화 시켜, 기계적 성질을 향상 시키는 열처리를 말합니다.
