구리의 함량을 줄이고
주석의 함량을 늘린 금속으로

주석의 함량이 17~18% 수준에서
인장 강도는 최대를 보이고,

경도는 15%~30% 사이에서 수직 상승하지만
17~18% 수준에서 최고의 인장 강도 값을 보이는

강도와 경도의 상관 관계를 고려한
금속이 CAC503C (신 규격) / PBC3C (구 규격)입니다.

CAC503C , PBC3C 특징은
Excellent in Hardness and good in abrasion resistance,

Very little lead leaching
용도로는 Moving parts, oil hydraulic cylinder, sleeve, gear,

various kinds of paper manufacturing.
용도로만 봐도 알 수 있듯,

내식성, 내마모성이
요구되는 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.
상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착 등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ 원심력 주강품 (centrifugal steel casting : 遠心力鑄鋼品)
원심력 주조법으로 제조 된 주강품을 말합니다. 회전의 축 방향에 따라
직립형과 수평형이 있으며, 주형으로는 금형과 사형이 있습니다.
