저온 압력용기용 강판 강종입니다.
JIS G3126에 나타나는 강종이며
KS에서는 D3541 SLAI로 표기되지만
KS와 JIS의 차이점이 있는 강종입니다.
저온용 압력용기용강재이지만
저온용 강재에 합금 되는 Nickel이 규정에 없는 강종입니다.

※ Ceq : 탄소당량 (Carbon equivalent) : The value obtained by converting
the influential strength of elements other than carbon into carbon content.
The Carbon equivalent to tensile strength, that to the maximum hardness in weld zone,
etc.are often used. the following formula is applied for weldability in JIS and KS.
※ Pcm : Parameter crack measurement of steel products
(excluding thermo-mechanically controlled steel plates) :
the value expressed the effect of chemical composition to
low temperature crack is expressed as weld crack sensitivity.
SLA365 Ceq : 0.38% max
SLA365 weld cracking susceptibility : 0.23% max
열처리는 Quenching & Tempering이지만
TMCP 는, 공급자와 수요자가 협의에 의해 할 수 있음.
최저 사용 온도는 6~38 mm 까지는
-60℃ 까지 사용이 가능하며,
Charpy Impact Test 는 강재의 두께에 따라 다르지만
6~8.5t까지는 -60℃에서 Joule 별도 규정을 두고 있습니다.
SLA365 저온 압력 용기용 강재의
비교 가능한 강재는 A537-1, A841
EN 10028의
P355NL1, P355NL2 입니다.
※ Steels for low temperature service (저온용 강재, 低溫用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured for the pressure vessels and structures
used at a low temperature which required toughness at a low
temperature and weldability.
There are carbon steel, low alloy steel, 2.5% nickel steel, 3.5 nickel steel
9% nickel steel, austenitic stainless steel, etc. according to use temperature.
저온하에서 쓰이는 용기, 설비 및 구조재로서 저온 인성 및 용접성을 중시해서
제조 된 강재로, 사용 온도에 따라 탄소강, 저합금강, 2.5% 니켈강, 3.5% 니켈강
9% 니켈강, 오스테나이트 스테인레스강이 있습니다.
