평철에는 압연 평철 (Flat Bar)도 있고,

철판을 자른, Slitting
평철도 있습니다.

8t부터는 압연 평철 (Rolled Bar)이,
6t부터는 슬리팅 평철이 공급이 많지만,

대한민국내 스테인레스
형강 생산 공장이 없으니

압연평철 (Stainless Flat Bar)은 수입 공급되고 있습니다.
30t를 넘는 압연 평철의 경우도,

수입 압연 평철 (Flat)을 사용하거나,
프라즈마 Plate 절단 평철을 사용할 수밖에 없습니다.

Plate 절판의 경우 , 그 Length가 길어지면
응력의 변화에 따른 휨 변형이 있을 수 있습니다.

※ 평철
장방형(부분적으로 요철이 있는 것도 포함)의 단면에
4면이 모두 압연 된 강재
보통 폭이 두께의 2배 이상으로, 폭의 최대는 두께에
따라 다르나 500mm 정도임.

Plate type steel bars rolled in bar shape with rectangular cross-section,
rolled surface of all four surfaces of the cross-section, the thickness(t)
of generally 5mm or over and the width of not more than 500mm.
For spring steels, the opposite shorter edge of flat bars is circular
(circular arc R is about 0.5t) is called round edge of flats.
Hot rolled flat is especially called hot rolled flat bar and
cold rolled one as cold rolled flat.
