냉간 압연 스테인레스 강대에 대한 규격입니다.
스테인레스강의 대표 강종인

SUS304의 경우는 0.01 mm까지
같은 Austenite 계, SUS301은 0.1 mm 까지 입니다.

석출경화계 (Precipitation Hardening Series) 인
SUS631-CSP 는, 0.05 mm도 생산됩니다.

SUS631 은, 약칭 17-7PH로도 불리며
높은 경도와 인장 강도 특성을 가집니다.

SUS304 강종이 이론적으로는 자성을 띄지 않지만,
가공 과정에서 변태가 일어나 자성을 띄기도 합니다.

이와 같은 경우는 SUS305, SUS305M 사용으로 권하는 강종으로
대개의 Spring Steel 폭은 300mm max입니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.

※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.

※ Spring steel (스프링강)
Steels which are of silicon-manganese series, manganese-chromium
series, chromium-vanadium series, etc. and of which property of spring
given by heating, after forming into laminated spring, coil spring, etc.
by heat-treatment principally.
As spring steels in a broad sense, the steels of which performance is
raised by cold working and heat treatment such as piano wires hard
drawn steel wires, stainless steel wires, oil tempered wires and cold
rolled steel strip, and which are formed into small springs, such as
wire springs and flat spring are also included.

탄소계, 실리콘-망간계, 망간-크롬계, 크롬-바나듐계 등의 강철로 주로 열간에서
겹친 판 스프링, 코일 스프링 등으로 성형 가공하고, 열처리를 해서 스프링 성능을
부여하는 강철로, 넓은 뜻의 스프링강으로서는 피아노선, 경강선, 스테인레스 강선
오일템퍼선, 냉간 압연 강대 등과 같이, 냉간 가공 및 열처리로서, 스프링 성능을
높인, 선 스프링, 박판 스프링 ,등 소형 스프링으로 가공한 강철도 포함한다.
