열처리 기호 및 표면 마무리 기호.
S : 고용화 열처리 (Solution treatment)
H : 고용화 열처리 후 시효 처리 (Aging after solution treatment)
A : 어닐링 (Annealing)
Q : 퀜칭 템퍼링 (Quenching and tempering)
P : 산세척 마무리 (Pickling finish)
D : 냉간 인발 (Cold drawing)
T : 절삭 (Cutting)
C : 연삭 (Grinding)
R : 열간 가공 그대로 (As hot worked)
※ Grinding (연삭)
Grinding is the most widely used material removal process to achieve
high finish and high workpiece accuracy. During grinding, high temperature
should avoided because they may change the structure and the hardness
of the steel. At every change of the grinding wheel, working surface should
be cleaned. Changing direction in every step is very important to minimize
the risk of an uneven surface.

Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution
이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재 용해되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.
