말 그대로 사각강입니다.
정사각강으로만 공급되는 Rolled Steel입니다.
압연재가 아닌 사각강은
Plate를 모재로, 프라즈마 절단해서
사용해도 되지만, 절단 후 응력 (Stress) 변형이
발생 되어, 휨으로 사용이 곤란할 수 있습니다.
Rolled Steel 인 경우, 열간 압연으로 생산되어
As Roll상태에서 Air-cooling으로 변형이 없습니다.
ASTM A36 구조용 강재인 경우
■ 9 mm~75 mm까지 공급 가능하고
DIN EN S355JO Steel Grade로는
■ 6 mm ~ 250 mm까지 공급이 가능합니다.
S355JO는 0℃/27 Joule Charpy V-Notch
Impact Test 자재로, KS, JIS의 SM490YA, SM490YB
Steel Grade와 Conversion 가능합니다.
S355JO의 항복 강도는 min 355 MPa 이상,
JIS, KS의 용접 구조용 강재인 SM490의 항복강도는 min 325 MPa 이상,
SM490YA, SM490YA 항복강도 min 365 Mpa 이상의 강재입니다.
S355JO가 SM490급 Steel Grade 전체를 Cover 하고,
ASTM A36, KS, JIS의 SM400, SS400 모두 Cover 가능합니다.
위 강종 이외의 사각강 또는 직사각강은 특수강 강재의
대형 모재로 부터 Customized sawn (톱 절단) 공급 가능합니다.
프라즈마 절단과 달리 톱 절단의 경우
치수 안정성과 응력 변형에서 훨씬 자유롭습니다.
특수강의 경우는 강종이 워낙 다양해
스테인레스, DIN-EN Spec의 각강 Size 공급 가능합니다.
※ Charpy impact test
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40 mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.
※ Yield Strength
Value of load strength which a specified permanent elongation
occurs in tensile test, expressed by dividing the load by original
sectional area of parallel portion.
For material which dose not exhibit clear yield point,
the yield strength is used instead of yield point.
※ Rolled steel products (압연 강재 : 壓延鋼材)
Steel products to be formed bars, wire rods, sections, steel strip
in coil, steel plates, flat bar and so on by rolling mill.
Normally those further not hot rolled by the manufacturer.
압연기로서 봉강, 선재, 형강, 강판, 강대, 평강등의 모양으로, 성형 가공한 강재로
성형 가공 후 보통 제조자에 의해 더 이상 추가적인 열간 압연이 없습니다.
