차이점은 SM570 은 박판의 생산이 없는
후판의 생산품으로 10t 수준이 가장 얇은 두께이지만

WELTEN 590 은 2.3t 까지도 공급되므로
고강도이면서 얇은 두께가 필요한 경우 사용됩니다.

※ TMCP — A generic term for manufacturing methods carrying out air cooling
It includes the thermo-mechanical rolling and accelerated rolling,
but not when it is classical controlled rolling alone.
열가공제어법이라고 하며, 후판을 압연 생산시 온도를 제어하는
제어 압연을 기본으로 하고, 냉각시 공냉, 수냉의 방법으로 강재의 기계적
성질을 확보하는 강판으로, 온라인 정밀 제어 열가공처리 강판이라고도 하지만
용어의 길이가 너무 길어, 간단히 TMCP 라고 합니다.

※ Ceq : 탄소당량 (Carbon equivalent) : The value obtained by converting the
influential strength of elements other than carbon into carbon content.
The Carbon equivalent to tensile strength, that to the maximum hardness in weld zone, etc.
are often used. the following formula is applied for weldability in JIS and KS.

※ Tensile Strength (인장강도)
Value of maximum load during tensile test divided by the
original sectional area of parallel portion.
As for materials in which the maximum load withstood by test piece
after yielding is lower than the upper yield point, it shall be the
value of the maximum load after yielding divided by original
sectional area of parallel portion.
