Flat Bar Gr.A 는, 조선용 평철 (Flat Bar) 의
일반적인 재질 등급 Grade는 Grade A입니다.

보강재나 보조적인 강재라서 SS400 수준의 강도가 많이 쓰이고
고강도 강재 Grade로 S355J2 도 사용됩니다.

Plate에서 절단한 Shearing 된 절단재와는 다르게,
4면이 모두 압연 된 열간압연강재입니다.

조선용 평철은 별도의 제 3자 인증 자재가 사용되기도 하며
이런 경우 조선사는 3자 인증 제품 + 3자 인증 검사 증명서가 있어야 합니다.

DNV, LR, ABS는 세계적으로 인정되는 제 3공인 인증 기관이고
DNV, LR, ABS가 평철을 품질 검사 하게 되면

해당 인증 기관의 날인 된 검사 증명서가 효력을 발생하고
이를 EN 10204 Type 3.2 라고 합니다.

EN10204 Type 3.2의 Document Content :
Statement of compliance with order, indication of test results carried out
as defined by product specification and indication of “3rd party”
witness to purchaser’s specified scope of testing.

EN10204 Type 3.2의 Authorized By :
Manufacturer’s authorized representative, independent of manufacturing
department and purchaser’s authorized representative or inspector’s
designated official regulations.
