STPT 410 고온 배관용 강관입니다.
Carbon steel pipes for high temperature service.

STPG 410 은, KS SPPS420 과 대응하며
STPT 410 은, KS SPHT420 과  대응하는 규격입니다.

화학 성분과 인장 강도, 항복 강도에서
차이가 거의 없습니다.

다만 보일러용으로 사용되는 경우
허용되는 인장 강도와 항복 강도에서

고온용인 STPT410 규격이 STPG410 보다
약간 높은 온도 구역까지 항복강도, 인장강도 구역을 가지고,

STPG410은 350℃ 정도 이하에서 사용하는 압력 배관용이고
STPT410은 350℃를 초과하는 온도에서 사용하는 배관에 사용하는 강관 입니다.

규정상으로는 ERW, SMLS (Seamless) 가 있지만
주로 SMLS, 5.5m Length 수준입니다.

※ SMLS (Seamless : 無繼目鋼管 : 무계목강관)
Steel tubes without a seam, manufactured by hot-rolling, extrusion
or punching from ingot or semi-product, or machining after piercing.
Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tube is called finished
seamless steel tubes.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기 (압출)로
제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조 된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로,  냉간
인발한 것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.

※ Welded steel tube (溶接鋼管 : 용접 강관)
Steel tubes formed from steel plates, steel sheets, or steel
strip manufactured by hot rolling or cold rolling, steel tubes
welded across the abutting edge.
As for welding, there are longitudinal directional and spiral.

※ Electric Resistance Welded steel tubes(ERW 溶接鋼管 : ERW 용접 강관)
Steel tubes which are, after forming steel strips, steel plates
or steel sheets to tubular shape, manufactured by welding the
joint parts by electric resistance welded method and having one
welding line parallel to the longitudinal direction.
Those hot reducing rolled of electric resistance welded are called
hot finished electric resistance welded steel tubes, and those cold
drawn or cold rolled are called cold finished electric resistance
welded steel tubes.

강대 또는 강판을 원통형으로 성형한 다음, 전기 저항 용접법으로
이음매 부분을 용접하여 제조 되며, 관의 길이 방향으로 평행한
1줄의 용접선을 가지고 있는 강관.

전기 저항 용접 강관을 열간 조리개 압연 한 것을 열간 마무리
전기 저항 용접 강관, 냉간 인발 한 것을 냉간 마무리
전기 저항 용접 강관 이라고 합니다.
