0℃/47 Joule 이상으로
DIN- EN 10025-2, S355J0 이상 성능을 가지는 강재 입니다.
S355J0 는 항복 강도 355 MPa이상
인장 강도 510~680 MPa, CVN 0℃/27 Joule 입니다.
SM520C 는 S355JR — 20℃/27 Joule, S355J0 — 0℃/27joule, 보다
Upper Grade 강재 입니다.
규정 상으로만 보면 -20℃/27 Joule 성능을 가지는 S355J2 와
SM520C — 0℃/47Joule 과는 서로 비교 선택 할 수는 있습니다.
급격히 증가하므로, CVN (Charpy V-Notch) Impact-Test
규정이 있는 Steel Grade 인 경우
강재의 전환 사용에 상당히 주의해야 합니다.
※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40 mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.
샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또는 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.
※ Brittleness (취성 : 脆性)
The property of little deformability, hard and brittle in general,
It is usually compared by the strength of impact or the surface conditions of fracture.
20℃＜ 0℃＜ -20℃＜-40℃＜-60℃＜-100℃ 저온으로 가면 갈수록
Brittleness (취성)는 급격히 증가하며, 구조체의 안전을 확보해야 할
철강 구조체가 온도가 내려가는 환경에서 버티는 성질을 너무 중요합니다.
