SFVA F1 규격은 고온에서 사용하는
압력용기용 합금 단조품에 대한 규정입니다.

열처리로 Normalizing or NT–Normalizing+Tempering
열처리 할 수 있고, Tempering 온도는 590℃ 이상입니다.

ASTM A182 F1 규격에 대응하는 JIS G3203 규격으로
A182 F1도 고온에서 사용하는 단조강에 대한 강종입니다.

※ ASTM A182 Standard Specification for Forged or Rolled Alloy and
Stainless Steel Pipe Flanges, Forged Fittings, and Valves and Parts
for High Temperature.

※ Alloy steel (합금강)

Carbon steel to which is added a definite amount of one or more
elements other than carbon, in order to impart special properties
to the steel so that it can be used for specific purposes
강의 성질을 향상 시키기 위해, 또는 소정의 성질을 구비 시키기 위해
합금 원소를 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 합금 시킨 강.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用 鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
pressure vessels.

압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Tempering
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product, generally after quench hardening,
or another heat treatment  to bring the properties to the required level, and
consisting of heating to specific temperature (＜Ac1 )and soaking one or
more time, followed by cooling at an appropriate rate.
Tempering generally leads to a reduction in hardness
but can, in certain cases, cause an increase in hardness.

철강재를 퀜칭 경화 후, 또는 특정 수준의 성질을 얻기 위하여 (＜Ac1 ) 온도
이하의 특정 온도로 가열한 후 한두 번 균열화한 다음, 적당한 속도로
냉각하는 별도의 열처리로
보통 템퍼링은 경도를 감소 시키지만, 어떤 경우에는 도리어
경도가 증가할 수도 있다.
