CAC703 의 특징입니다.

CAC703 은 Nickel 합금으로 내식성, 연성 (Ductility)의
해침이 없으면서도, 높은 강도를 가집니다.

일반산업용으로는 Bushing, Bearing, 스테인레스강용 Bearing
Condenser, Pump Shaft, Valve Ball, Heat Exchanger Flange로 사용되고

해양과  해수 내부식용으로 Ship Propeller,
Pump Part, Bolt and Nut 등으로 사용됩니다.

※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.

금속에 인장력을 줘 소성변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.

※ Corrosion (부식 : 腐蝕)
Gradual chemical or electrochemical attack on the metal by
atmosphere, moisture or other agents.

금속과 그 주변 환경의 물리 화학적 상호 작용으로 금속의
성질을 변하게 합니다. 이로 인해 금속, 환경 또는 기술  시스템
전체 또는 일부의 기능에 심각한 손상이 유발될 수 있습니다.
이 상호작용은 간혹 전기 화학적인 특성을 나타냅니다.
