CAC302C 는, 구리 아연 합금인 황동입니다.
황동에 Aluminum, Manganese, Iron 을

약간씩 합금한 Cu-Zn-Al-Mn-Fe 계열의 황동입니다.
구리에 아연을 합금 하면 강도는 직선적으로 증가하는

성질을 이용한 합금으로,
황동에서는 불순물로 보는 철 (Fe)를

약간 합금 하면, 황동 결정 입자가 미세화 되고
강도, 경도는 증가하며, 자성을 띄게 됩니다.

CAC302C (HBsC2C)와 CAC301C (HBsC1C)의 함량은 크기 않으며
약간의 화학 조성 차이로 CAC302C (HBsC2C)의 강도가 높습니다.

CAC302C (HBsC2)의 인장강도가 530 MPa minimum으로
탄소강의 SM520B, SM520C의 강도 수준입니다.

CAC302C (HBsC2C) 특징은 강도 경도가 높고
경도는 CAC301C 보다 높습니다.

용도는 베어링, 베어링 유지기, 슬리퍼, 밸브 시트
밸브 가이드, 특수 실린더, 일반 기계 부품으로 사용됩니다.

Better in mechanical properties than CAC301C and good in abrasion
resistance. Better in hardness than CAC301C and having rigidity.

Uses for bearing, cage of bearing, slipper, end plate, valve seat,
valve stem, special cylinder, general machine parts, etc.

automobiles, other structural use and pressure vessel use which
require weldability, notch toughness, workability, and
tensile strength of 490 N/㎟ min. in general.
In cold rolled steel sheets, those of 340 N/㎟ min. in tensile
strength are called high tensile strength steels.

건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물 및 압력용기용으로서,
보통 인장강도 50kgf/㎟ (490N/㎟) 이상의 용접성, 노치인성 및
가공성도 중시해서 제조 된 강재라고 합니다.
자동차용 냉연 강판에서는 인장강도 35kgf/㎟ (340 N/㎟)
이상을 고장력강이라고 합니다.
