A576-1045 는 탄소강으로 탄소강은
주로 탄소 함량으로 강도 조정이 가능한 강재를 말합니다.

A576 에는 저탄소강, 중탄소강, 고탄소강 모두 있으며
황 함량을 높여 강재의 쾌삭성을 부여하는

A576 규정 안에 있습니다.

A576-1045 는,  탄소량 nominal 0.45% 강재로
A576 규정 강재 중 가장 많이 소비되는 강재 입니다.

수요자, 공급자간 항복강도 (Yield strength),
인장강도 (Tensile strength) 연신율 (Elongation),

단면 감소율 (Reduction area : RA)
열처리 (Heat treatment) 등을 협의 할 수 있습니다.

A576-1045 는, 특별한 지정이 없는 한, 제조자는 rimmed, capped,
semi-killed, or killed 강을 사용할 수 있습니다.

※ Carbon Steel – AISI
Generally speaking carbon steels contain up to 2% total alloying
elements, and can be subdivided into as following categories
Low-carbon steels, which contain up to 0.30% C
Medium-carbon steels, which contain 0.30% to 0.60% C
High-carbon steels, which contain 0.60% to 1.00% C

※ Wrought product
A general term for products obtained by hot and/or cold plastic deformation
processes such as extruding, forging, hot rolling, cold rolling or drawing, either
exclusively or in combination.
Examples for wrought products are rod/bar, wire, tube, profile, sheet, strip, forging.
