A276 Type 410, A276-410 으로도 표기하는
A276-410 은 마르텐자이트계 스테인레스입니다.

ASTM A276 마르텐자이트계 스테인레스는 12종으로
이들은 , Chromium 11.5~18까지 합금 되 있고

Type에 따라 Ni, Mo, N, Cb, Cu 소량 합금 된 강종으로
열처리에 의해 경화 되는 성질을 가지는 스테인레스입니다.

ASTM A276 Type 410 을 포함해,
A276 에서 사용하는 열처리 약호는 다음과 같습니다.

Condition A : Annealed (A276 Type 410)
Condition H : Hardened and tempered at a relatively low temperature

Condition T : Hardened and tempered at a relatively high temperature
Condition S : Strain Hardened – Relatively light cold work

Condition B : Relatively severe cold work (A276 Type 410)
열처리와 냉간가공에 따라, 5가지로 나뉩니다.

※ 열처리 ( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에  열 싸이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

Series of operations in the course of which a solid ferrous product is totally or
or partially exposed to thermal cycles to bring about a change in its
properties and/or structure.
The chemical composition of the ferrous product may possibly be
modified during these operations.

※ Cold working (냉간 가공)
Plastic deformation of a metal or alloy at a temperature
such that strain hardening occurs.
가공 경화가 발생하는 온도에서의 금속 또는 합금의 소성 변형을 말합니다.
