SA335 P11, 규격은 고온용 SMLS Pipe 규격입니다.
Normalizing and Tempering 열처리재입니다.

SA335 P11 는, 강의 원재료는 Fully killed steel 로 제조 되며
부식에 관련으로는 NACE MR0175, NACE MR0103

검수 조건으로 EN10204 Type 3.1 적용됩니다.
SA335 P11 는, Chromium nominal 1.25% 수준의 합금강 (alloy steel)으로

내수소성 (resistance H2) 성질과
고온 환경 사용에서 산화 방지 효과를 기대합니다.

SA335 P11 는, -29℃ ~ 649 ℃ 수준의 환경에 사용되며
No weld repair 조건으로 공급 제시되기도 합니다.

※ Killed Steel
Steel sufficiently deoxidized with ferrosilicon, aluminium, and so on.
In the case of ingot casting, during the progress of solidification in a ingot mold,

however, because of a shrinkage cavity is formed in the centre of upper part,

용탕이 응고 진행중에 일산화 탄소를 발생 시키지 않고,
조용히 응고해, 비교적 균질하고, 편석이 적고, 기포도 없지만
응고된 강괴 윗부분 중심으로부터, 수축공이 생겨, 회수율이
좋지 못한 단점이 있고, 결정입도, 탈산제에 따라 세부적으로 더 분류됩니다.
