의료용 임플란트용 티타늄 합금입니다.
Niobium 13%, Zirconium 13% 합금에
나머지 대부분은 Titanium 입니다.
생체용 의료 금속으로 Titanium, Niobium,
Zirconium, 또는 이들 합금을 이용하는 이유는
이들 금속이 인체에 무해하기 때문입니다.
ASTM F1713, Ti-13Nb-13Zr, R58130 는 저탄성계수 타이타늄 합금으로
ASTM F1713, Ti-13Nb-13Zr, R58130 의 Elastic modulus는
Solution Treatment 열처리시에 64~77 GPa 수준입니다.
생체용 합금의 생체 친화성 (biocompatibility)으로는
생체 환경에서의 내식성 (corrosion resistance)
부식 생성물의 섬유 세포 반응성 (adverse tissue reaction)
골 섬유 세포와의 반응성(osseointegration : 골 유착) 에서 무해 해야 합니다.

The condition of the material that is obtained if, following the material hot working
or cold-working operation, the mill products is rapidly quenched, for example,
by water quenching, from from a temperature above 1112℉ (600℃)
※ Capability aged
The condition of the material that is obtained if, following solution treatment,
a sample of the mill product is subjected to an aging treatment such as
given below, for certification testing.
Age for 6±0.25h at 925±25℉ (495±14℃)
Remove from furnace and air cool to room temperature.
