킬드강 (Killed steel) 이나
완전 탈산강 (Fully killed steel) 을 사용해야 합니다.

냉간 압연 환봉 제품 등, 다른 제품군도 제조 됩니다.

A classification of steel by ingot casting process and steel of which
liquid steel is solidified while a specific stirring motion like as
boiling (it is called rimmed action) is being carried out by carbon
monoxide generated by reaction between oxygen and carbon
in liquid steel within a mold
Steel manufactured by addition of ferromanganese, a small amount
of aluminum and so on as deoxdizers.
Although the surface layer is clear, there is segregation in other parts.
주형 내에서 용강 중의 산소와 탄소가 작용해, 일산화탄소를 발생하여,
용강이 특유한 교반 비등 운동 (Rimmed 운동이라고 함)을 하면서 응고된 강철로
탈산제로는 Fe-Mn (페로망간), 소량의 알루미늄을 가해서 만든 강철입니다.
표면은 청정하지만 편석이 있습니다.
