고인성, 고강도 강재 생산에 사용되는 생산 방법으로
생산성이 뛰어납니다.

DIN EN 10025-4, 규정 강재의 특징은 TMCP 강재 임을
명확히 하려고, Steel Symbol 에 “M”를 추가했습니다.

개정 전의 Steel Grade가, 이전 도면을 바탕으로 하거나
이전의 Material List 기준으로 제시되는 경우가 있습니다.

DIN EN 10025-4 의, 개정 전의 Steel Grade와 개정 후
비교해서 아래에 나타냅니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness.

질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도.
질김성으로 충격에 대한 금속 재료의 저항성을 말합니다.

※ Steel for structure (구조용강)
Steel products manufactured for building, bridges, ships, vehicles,
and other structure uses, which require high strength,
if required weldability as well.

건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물용으로서 강도 및 필요에 따라
용접성을 중시하여 제조 된 강재를 말합니다.

※ TMCP (열가공 제어)
A generic term for manufacturing methods carrying out air cooling or
enforced controlled cooling subsequent to the main process
of controlled rolling.
It includes the thermo-mechanical rolling and accelerated rolling,
but not when it is classical controlled rolling alone
This is also called TMCP.
