ASTM F1058, R30003 은, Co-Cr-Ni-Mo 합금으로

가공 경화에 의해, 2500MPa 강도에 이르는 물성을 가집니다.

F1058, R30003 은, 극히 높은 강도 — Very high strength
우수한 성형성 — Excellent formability

극히 우수한 내식성 — Excellent corrosion resistance.
높은 피로강도 — High fatigue strength.

※ Fatigue
The phenomenon leading to fracture under repeated or fluctuating
stress. Fatigue fractures are progressive beginning as minute cracks
and grow under the action of fluctuating stress.

※ Formability (성형성)
The degree of capability for being formed into a
required shape without generating cracks
균열을 일으키는 일 없이 필요한 형상으로
성형할 수 있는 정도

F1058, R30003 은, Cobalt 뿐 아니라, 높은 크롬 합금으로
가스 터빈 등 고온 환경 부식에도 뛰어나,

의료용 재료 뿐 아니라, 우주 항공용 소재로도 사용되며
Cobalt 합금은 Nickel 합금보다

F1058, R30003 은, 열 피로에 대한 저항성과  가공성이 용이합니다.
용도로는 스프링 (spring), 밀봉용 재료 (seal),

반도체 부품 (semiconductor components)
외과용, 치과용 임플란트로 사용됩니다.

product due to the migration of interstitial elements, which can occur
at ambient temperature or at temperatures close to it.

철강재의 성질을 개선하는 현상.
