A182 F11 재질은, 단조재 (Forging)와
합금 압연재 (Rolled alloy), 스텐레스강재, 재료가

모두 있는, 고온용 파이프 관련 강재에 대한 규정입니다.
F11 의 핵심은 High Temperature 입니다.

A182 F11 재질은 2가지로 나뉘어
Class 1, Class 2 가 있습니다.

F11-2가 A182 F11-1 보다
강도에서 높아, 대부분 A182 F11-2 재료가 사용됩니다.

A182 F11 은 DIN-EN의 1.7337, 16CrMo4-4,
JIS의 SCMV 3-1, SCMV 3-2 와 대응 가능한

1-1/4Cr, 1/2Moly 저합금으로
Plate 재질로는 SA/A387 Gr.11과 대응 가능합니다.

A182 F11 재질은 anneal, normalized and temper (NT)
열처리 규정이 있습니다.

Normalizing 온도 900℃, air cool or furnace cool,
Tempering 온도 620℃ 이상의 온도 규정입니다.

경우에 따라 Free from mercury contamination,
No repair welding 조건이 있습니다.

화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties.

적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는(소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것.
