AZX611 은 Mg-Al-Ca 합금으로
난연성 (frame resistance), 마그네슘 합금입니다.

마그네슘 합금은 가볍고 강해
구조재 (structure)로 사용하기 좋은 장점이 있지만

활성도가 높아, 고온에서 산소와 접촉시 발화 되거나
쉽게 산화 (oxidation)되어, 재료로서의 기능을

상실하는 단점이 있습니다.
AZX611 은, Calcium 1% 합금으로

800℃ 에서도 발화 되지 않는, 난연성 마그네슘 합금입니다.
Calcium을 마그네슘에 합금 하면

내열 특성 (heat resistance), creep strength,
고온 강도를 향상 시키는 작용을 합니다.

난연성 마그네숨 합금 재료로는
AZX611, AZX612, AMX601, AMX602 재료가 있습니다.

Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.

일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.

※ Oxidation resistance (내산화성 : 耐酸化性)
A property of oxidation resistance at a high temperature.
고온에서 산화 (철의 부식)에 견디는 성질.

※ Alloy (합금 : 合金)
Product consisting of a metal and one or more elements totally
soluble in it in the liquid state and capable of entering into
solid solution or forming a compound.

한 종류 이상의 다른 원소가 포함되고, 액체 상태에서는 그들이
완전히 용해되지만, 고체 상태에서는 그 원소들은, 고용되거나
화합물을 형성하는 금속 소재.
