A65 Crane Rail 의 특징은 유럽형 크레인 레일입니다.
DIN 536 규정의 크레인 레일입니다.

A65 Crane Rail 의 A65 Designation 과 다르게
CR135, CR171과 같이 CR 크레인 레일은 미국형 입니다.

주로 10m, 12m 길이로 냉간 절단된 제품이며
길이 공차 ＋100/-0 mm 공차 입니다.

강도를 기준으로 Grade가 나뉩니다.
Type 700 (grade 70) : 인장 강도 690 MPa minimum,

Type 900 (grade 90) : 인장 강도 880 MPa minimum
A65 Rail, Crane Rail은 Clip, Bolt and Nut, Rail Pad 가 같이 필요합니다.

※ Tensile Strength (인장강도 : 引張强度)
Value of maximum load during tensile test divided by the
original sectional area of parallel portion.
As for materials in which the maximum load withstood by test piece
after yielding is lower than the upper yield point, it shall be the
value of the maximum load after yielding divided by original
sectional area of parallel portion.

※ Tensile Strength — DIN EN
Measures the engineering stress applied at the point when it fails.
The maximum amount tensile stress is called “Tensile strength”
It is determined by the tensile test.
Years ago a lot of construction steels were named according to
their tensile strength.
For example St37 (tensile strength is 370 N/㎟) or St52 (tensile
strength 520 N/㎟).
Nowadays they changed their designation and method has been
changed and yield strength is used.
For example S355JR  (yield strength is 355 N/㎟) or S420  (yield
strength 420 N/㎟).
