마르텐자이트계 스테인레스는
DIN-EN, ASTM, AISI, JIS 에, 모두 있으며

보통 13 Chromium 합금 계열입니다.
이들은 탄소량이 높으며, 경도가 높은 재질들입니다.

JIS SUS420 J1, SUS420 J2, ASTM S42000,
DIN-EN 1.4021, 1.4028, 1.4031, 1.4034 는

모두 마르텐자이트계 스테인레스로
열처리에 의한 경화성 향상이 가능한 재질입니다.

이들은 비슷한 듯, 비슷하지 않은 차이점이 있으니
재질 선정시 주의가 필요한 강재 입니다.

이 재질들은 QT 열처리에 의해 강도, 경도,
내마모성을 높이는게 가능하지만

오스테나이트계 스테인레스처럼,
저온 충격 인성 (toughness)이 높지 않습니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness.

질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도.

※  Impact Test (충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, I zod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단 시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 사르피 충격 시험, 아이조드
충격  시험으로 구분됩니다.

※ Hardenability (경화성, 경화능 : 硬化性, 能)
The degree of easy hardening in quench hardening of steel
products, that is a performance controlling the hardened depth
and the distribution of hardness.
Hardenability is usually, compared with hardness depth.
therefore, it is convenient to use the hardenability test method
(one end hardening process)

철강을 퀜칭 경화 시켰을 경우의 경화 용이도,
즉 경화가 되는 깊이와 경도의 분포를 지배하는 성능.
경화성은, 통상 경화가 되는 깊이의 대소로 비교하는데 거기에는
경화성 시험 방법 (한쪽 끝 퀜칭 방법)을 사용 하는게 편리합니다.
