SAPH440 은, Hot-rolled steel plate , sheet and strip for
automobile structural uses 규정 강재입니다.

자동차용 구조용 열간 압연 강판 및 강대 규정으로
KS D3519, JIS G3113 규정입니다.

SAPH440 은, 자동차의 프레임, 바퀴 등에 사용하는
프레스 가공성을 가지는 구조용 강재입니다.

가공, 성형성을 중시해, 굽혔을 때
바깥쪽 면에 균열이 생기면 안됩니다.

다만 굽힘 시험은 특별한 지정이 없으면
생략 가능하도록 되어 있습니다.

SAPH440 의 공급 두께 1.6mm ~ 16 mm 까지의
두께 범위를 가지는 규격입니다.

Pickled 처리로 표면 scale를 제거하고, 녹 방지를 위한
강재 표면 Oil을 도포한, Pickled and Oiled 처리됩니다.

※ 열간 압연 강판 — KS
보통 약 800℃ 이상(통상 A3 변태점 이상)의 고온에서 압연된 강판.

※ 열간 압연 강판 — JIS
Hot rolled steel strip in coil by rolling mill, including the
steel strips in coil of thermo-mechanical control process (TMCP).

※ Workability (가공성)
The degree of suitability for various working
required depending on the use
용도에 따른 각종 가공에 적합한지 어떤지의 정도.

※ Bendability (굽힘성)
The degree of capability for bending without
generating cracks
균열을 일으키는 일 없이 굽힐 수 있는 정도.

※ Formability (성형성)
The degree of capability for being formed into a
required shape without generating cracks
균열을 일으키는 일 없이 필요한 형상으로 성형할 수 있는 정도
