C19400 동합금의 화학적 특징은
동에 철 합금입니다.

동합금에서 불순물로 처리하는 철 (Fe)를 합금 해
강도를 높였다는 특징입니다.

C19400 은 좋은 내식성 — good corrosion resistance
강도와 전기전도도의 조합 — good combination of strength and electrical conductivity

좋은 절곡 성형성 — good bend formability
좋은 납땜성 — good solderability 재질입니다.

semiconductor lead frames, springs, connectors,
circuit breaker components, thermostat contacts 등의 용도입니다.

Thermal conductivity at 20℃ : 260 W/m.K
Coefficient of linear thermal expansion (20~300℃) : 16.3 ЧΩ/m.K

※ Formability (성형성)
The degree of capability for being formed into a
required shape without generating cracks
균열을 일으키는 일 없이 필요한 형상으로 성형할 수 있는 정도.

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
