R30012 의 특징은
내마모성 — wear resistance (galling, cavitation, erosion, sliding)

내열성 — heat resistance
내식성 — corrosion resistance 입니다.

우수한 내산화성 — oxidation resistance
R30012 는 주조 제품이면서 내마모성, 고온 성질이 요구될 때 사용됩니다.

※ Heat resisting metals (내열 금속)
Alloy metals which retain oxidation resistance, high temperature
corrosion resistance or high temperature strength under
various circumstances at high temperature.
They often contain nickel, cobalt, tungsten and/or other alloy
elements other then several % min of chromium.
Principally, they are classified into four types, which are
martensitic, ferritic, austenitic and precipitation hardening,
according to their structure.
Further, when total amount of alloy elements exceed about
50%, they are generally, called super alloy, heat resisting
alloy or super heat resisting alloy.

내열 금속이란 고온에서의 각종 환경에서 내산화성,
내고온 부식성 또는 고온 강도를 유지하는 합금강으로
수% 이상의 크롬 외에 니켈, 코발트, 텅스텐 등
합금 원소를 함유하는 경우가 많으며
내열강은 그 금속의 조직에 따라
마르텐사이트계, 페라이트계
오스테나이트계, 석출경화계, 4 가지로 분류됩니다.
또한 합금 원소의 총량이 50%를 넘는 경우는
초내열 합금, 또는 내열 합금, 또는 간단히
초합금이라고 부릅니다.

※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.
상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착 등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Erosion Corrosion (침식부식)
Process involving conjoint corrosion and erosion, erosion corrosion can occur in,
for example, pipes with high fluid flow velocity and pumps and pipe lines carrying
fluid containing abrasive particles in suspension.

부식과 마멸이 동시에 일어나는 부식으로, 예를 들면 마모성 입자가 포함된
액상을 고속으로 운반하는 펌프, 또는 파이프 라인에서 발생할 수 있습니다.

※ Cavitation corrosion(침식)
Process involving corrosion and cavitation, cavitation corrosion
occur, for example, in rotary pumps and on ships’ propellers.

부식과 공동화가 동시에 발행하는 부식으로, 로타리 펌프 내부,
선박의 프로펠러에서 발생될 수 있습니다.
