C68700 은 알루미늄 황동입니다.
복수기(condenser : 復水器) 용도로 사용합니다.

C68700 은 우수한 냉간 작업성 (cold workability)
성형성과 굽힘성 (forming and bending) 성질입니다.

내식성 (corrosion) 과 내해수성 (resistance sea water)이고
충격 부식 (impingement attack) 에 높은 내식성 금속입니다.

C68700 은, condenser, evaporator, distiller tubing, and
heat exchanger tubing, condenser tubing plates 용도입니다.

C68700 의 공급에 표시되는 O61 은
Temper 조건 Annealed 를 의미합니다.

C68700 은, ASTM B111, B395
ISO CuZn22Al2 로도 기호를 표시합니다.

※ ASTM B111 : Standard specification for copper and
copper-alloy seamless condenser tubes and ferrule stock.

※ ASTM B395 : Standard specification for U-bend seamless
copper and copper-alloy heat exchanger and condenser tubes.

※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed  by cooling under conditions  such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogeneous, soft or more suitable state.

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화
처리를 한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.

※ Temper (질별 : 質別)
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 및/또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정으로 (예를 들어 기계적 처리 및/또는 열처리) 후의
제품의 상태를 말합니다.
