열간성형 — hot forming

냉간 작업성 — cold worked 좋은 금속입니다.
ASTM B111 C72200 은 빠른 유속으로 인한

빠른 부식이 유발되는 해수 (sea-water),
marine 용, Tube 제품입니다.

C72200 tube 는, condenser, heat exchanger,
saltwater tube 용도로 사용되며, Density 8.94 g/㎤ 입니다.

Coefficient of liner thermal expansion : 15.8 μm/m.K at 200~300℃
Thermal conductivity : 34.5 W/m.K at 20℃

※ Temper (질별 : 質別)
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 및/또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정으로 (예를 들어 기계적 처리 및/또는 열처리) 후의
제품의 상태를 말합니다.

For the treatment to wrought copper and copper alloys,
heat treatment and cold working are known.

JIS are shown as follows.

Alloy containing copper as the principal component 9.0~33.0% of nickel,
0.40~2.3% of iron, 0.20~2.5% of manganese and not more than 1.0% of zinc.

ASTM : C70600, C70620, C71000, C71500, C71520, C72200
That is excellent in sea water resistance and high temperature strength, and
used for conductive pipe for heat exchanger. Also the alloy of coins of
74.0~76.0 % of copper and 24.0~26.0 % of nickel is known.
