1.4845 는, 오스테나이트계 스테인레스로
다목적용 고온 내식성 강재입니다.

1050℃ 수준의 환경에서도 사용 가능하며
우수한 내산화성 — oxidation resistance

우수한 크리프 강도 — creep resistance 특성입니다.
하지만 600~900℃ 환경에서 약간의 취성이 있을 수도 있습니다.

1.4845, X8CrNi25-21 재질은
UNS Number S31008, S31000 과 비교 가능합니다.

Type 310S, Alloy 310S 라고도 부르며
NACE MR0175 규정의 적용도 있습니다.

Plate, Cold Round-Bar, Smooth Turned Round Bar
Flat, Hexagon Bar, Pipe 제품군이 있습니다.

로(爐 : furnace) 부품용 burners, doors, fans 용도와
열과 관련된 산업으로, 열처리용 covers, burner shields,

강재의 cooling bed 로 가기 전, 고온 상태의 압연직후
이동 장치인 walking beams 등의 용도 뿐 아니라

오스테나이트 스테인레스인 1.4845 특성 답게
극저온 (cryogenic temperature) 부품으로도 사용됩니다.

※ Coefficient of thermal expansion (열팽창계수, 熱膨脹係數)
온도 (열)이 1℃ 상승할 때 팽창 된 크기와 팽창 전 크기의
비율을 말하고 선팽창계수와 부피 (체적) 팽창계수가 있습니다.
열팽창계수는 탄소량이 많아지는 만큼, 합금량이
많아지는 만큼 작아집니다.

Round bars products by turning on a lathe where the products
can be further processed by straightening and polishing.
This operation gives the bar special features with respect to shape,
dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
The removal of metal is carried out in such a way that the bright
product is generally free from rolling defects and surface decarburization.
For technical reasons some bars ordered as hot rolled products may be
delivered roughly turned(peeled), nevertheless such products are
treated as hot rolled products and not as bright products.
