B211, 2011 Aluminum 합금은
쾌삭 성능을 가진 (good machinability) 재료입니다.

Bismuth와 Lead 는, 서로 비슷한 물성으로
금속 재료에 좋은 기계적 성질을 부여합니다.

ASTM B211 (Cold bar, Rod, Wire) 2011 알루미늄은 좋은
기계적 성질과는 반대로, 용접성과 내식성은 좋지 않습니다.

B211 2011 Aluminum alloy는 DIN-EN AW 2011, 1.3165
JIS H4040 A2011, QQ-A225/3 과 비교 가능한 재질입니다.

B211 2011 은, free-cutting alloy with superior
cutting workability and high strength.

※ Machinability (절삭성 : 切削性)
The degree of easiness in cutting working
It is represented by such characteristics as cutting resistance,
life of used tools, degree of cutting finished surface, shape of cutting,
degree of easy treatment, etc.

절삭 가공할 때의 절삭 되기 쉬운 정도. 절삭 저항, 사용 공구의 수명,
절삭 끝 손질 면의 정도, 절삭설의 형상과 처리의 난이성 등의
특성을 나타냅니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.
인장 강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질.
