Nimonic® 90 은 Nickel + Chromium + Cobalt 원소가
주요 합금으로 고온 내크립성, 석출 경화 금속입니다.

920℃ 수준까지 사용 가능한 강재로
920℃ 고온에서도 높은 강도를 가지는 금속입니다.

Nimonic 90 은 Nickel Alloy 90, DIN-EN 2.4632
NiCr20Co18Ti, UNS N07090, AMS5829 에 대응되는 금속이며

Nimonic®90 은 Special Metals corporation 의 Trademark 입니다.
Nimonic 90 은, 알루미늄과 티타늄 원소의 석출로

경화 가능한 강재로 판 (plate) 봉 (bar) 제품으로 사용하며
Turbine blade, 고온용 스프링, 고온 작업용 공구용도입니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.

※ Creep resistance
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
