Steel Name 36SMnPb14, Steel Number 1.0765 강재의 특징은
고강도 강재이면서 절삭성 (machinability) 좋은 쾌삭강재입니다.

절삭성 향상 원소인, Sulfur (황)과 Lead (납) 함량을 높인 강재이면서
As rolled (압연 그대로)  강재의 표면을 선삭 (turned products)

상태에서 인장강도 560 MPa 이상의 높은 강도입니다.
DIN-EN S355J2 보다 강도가 높고, S420 Grade 보다 높은 강도입니다.

JIS G3106 SM570, KS D3515 SM460B 강재 수준의 인장강도입니다.
36SMnPb14 강재의 높은 탄소량과 절삭성 향상을 위한

Sulfur, Phosphorus, Lead 합금으로, 용접은 피하는게 좋습니다.
36SMnPb14 재질은 As rolled 이후 Turned, Cold drawn (냉간 인발)로

As rolled 제품보다, 보다 좋은 표면 품질과, 보다 높은 강도가 가능하고
Quenching + Tempering 열처리에 의해 강도를 더 높일 수 있습니다.

change the cross sectional shape, or to harden the material

소재를 잡아 당겨, 다이를 통과시키면서 단면적이나 크기를
줄여 나가거나, 금속을 경화 시키기도 하는 방법

Products of various cross section shapes obtained, after descaling,
by drawing of hot rolled bars or rod on a draw bench
(cold deformation without removing material)
This operation gives the product special features with respect to shape,
dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
In addition, the process causes cold working of the product.
which can be eliminated by subsequent heat treatment.
Products in lengths are delivered straightened regardless of size.

Round bars products by turning on a lathe where the products
can be further processed by straightening and polishing.
This operation gives the bar special features with respect to shape,
dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
The removal of metal is carried out in such a way that the bright
product is generally free from rolling defects and surface decarburization.
For technical reasons some bars ordered as hot rolled products may be
delivered roughly turned(peeled), nevertheless such products are
treated as hot rolled products and not as bright products.
