방법으로 생산하며, 화학 원소로는 UNS S30006, AMS 5387 과 대응됩니다.

CoCr 6B 재질의 특성은 고온 환경에서 내식성과
높은 내마모성과 인성 (toughness) 입니다.

Powder CoCr 6B 합금 원소 Cobalt 는 고속도강, 내열강, 합금 자석 재료
저열팽창 합금 (invar), 인체에 사용하는 생체 금속 재료의 원료가 됩니다.

Powder 6B 는,Medical devices, 의료용 칼날, Bearing, Valve parts
Chemical process industry, Aerospace 용도로 사용되는 재질입니다.

※ Sintering (소결 : 燒結)
Thermal treatment of a powder or compact, at a temperature below
the melting point of the main constituent, for the purpose of increasing
its strength by the metallurgical bonding of its particles.
용융점 아래에서, 주 성분인 분말 또는 성형체를 열처리에 의해 금속
입자들의 결합에 의해, 강도를 높이는 것을 말합니다.

※ Vacuum melting (진공 용해)
Melting in a vacuum to prevent contamination from air, as well as to
remove gases already dissolved in the metal ; the solidification may
also be carried out on a vacuum or at low pressure.

※ (Powder Metallurgy : PM 분말 야금)
Production of high alloyed materials using metal powders and
the HIP process (Hot Isostatic Pressure). Usually these steel are
called PM (Powder Metallurgical). The products have a fine,
uniform structure and carbide distribution without segregation
and therefore offer a good combination of hardness and toughness.
Nowadays, a lot of tool steels are produced using powder metallurgy.
