DIN EN 10029 는, Tolerances on dimensions, shape and mass for
hot rolled steel plates 3 mm thick or over에 대한 규정으로

KS, JIS, ASTM 과는 다른
열간 압연 강판의 허용 공차를 규정하는 Spec입니다.

강판의 발주가 KS, JIS, ASTM 외에
EN 10029 에 의한 경우도 있습니다.

이와 같은 현상은 예를 들어 JIS/KS의 허용 공차는
두께에 따른 ± 공차만 있는데 반해

DIN-EN 공차를 등급별로 4가지로
구분하는데 기인합니다.

Class A : 지정 두께에서 minus 공차 등급
for minus thickness tolerance depending on the nominal thickness.

Class B : minus 0.3 mm 일정 공차 등급
for a fixed minus tolerance of 0.3 mm.

Class C : plus 공차 등급
for all plus tolerance depending on the nominal thickness.

Class D : 대칭 공차 등급
for symmetrical tolerances depending on the nominal thickness.
