형강 제품으로 공급되는 재질입니다.

ABS 는 American Bureau of Shipping 의 약자로
미국 선급 협회를 말합니다.

ABS 를 줄여서 AB라고도 쓰며,
ABS 인증을 받은 AB AH32 강재엔 경우

AB AH32 라고, 제품에 Marking 되며
검사 증명서 (Mill Test Certificate)에 ABS 인증 도장이 날인됩니다.

AH32 는 -20℃에서 46 Joule의 CVN Impact Test 조건이면서
High Strength 강재라는, 압축된 단어 표현입니다.

※ Impact Test (충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, Izod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단 시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 사르피 충격 시험, 아이조드
충격 시험으로 구분됩니다.
