CT Sections 는, Cut T의 약자입니다.
H-Beam 중앙의 가로봉을 Web라고 하고

양쪽 2개의 세로를 Flange 라고 합니다.
H-Beam의 Web 를 절단 (Cut)하면

2개의 T-Bar가 됩니다.
T-bar, T 형강, CT 형강, Cut-Tee 라고도 합니다.

H-Beam 를 Cut T 하는 방법은
산소 절단기로 절단하면 되지만

절단하면 H-BEAM의 응력 (Stress)가 풀리면서
활처럼 Bending 됩니다.

Bending된 T-Bar (CT Sections) 를
교정기로 직진도를 잡아야

형강의 생명인 직진도가 나옵니다.
단위 중량 (m/kg)는 절단 전 원래 H-BEAM의 절반입니다.

SS400 (SS275), SM490 (SM355), SM520, ASTM A36
강재 외에도 강이나 바다, 호수 등 습기만 많아,

부식이 우려되는 환경에서는 내후성 강재인
SMA400AW, SMA490AW 강재가 공급됩니다.

※ Atmospheric corrosion resistance (내후성 : 耐候性)
A property of low alloy steels or the like for corrosion resistance
in the atmospheric of natural environment.
Including the resistance for deterioration of resin for coated
steel plate and polyvinyl chloride-coated steel plate.
저합금강 등이 자연 환경의 대기 속에서 부식에 견디는 성질.

※ Stress (응력, 應力)
Tensile or compressive load per unit area.
Generally stress is expressed in N/㎟ or in MPa.
There are different kinds of stress, internal stress,
transformation stress, machining stress, thermal stress, etc..
