JIS는 FC를 사용하고 있지만
그 내용은 같습니다.

Ductile cast iron도 마찬가지로 JIS는 FCD로
KS는 GCD Symbol을 사용하지만 내용은 같습니다.

※ Cast Iron
Material, whose main components are iron and carbon, generally
over about 2% of carbon and other components are contained

주철은 탄소량 2%를 넘는 경우로 정의하고 있고
일본의 제조사 KOKI사는 Trademark로

덴스바 (DENSE-Bar)— 철 재료의 조직이 치밀하다는 의미로
이름 지어 제조하고 있습니다.

DENSE-Bar의 특징으로는
Free from sand marks and graphite marks

Good machinable due to its dense and even structure up to the deep center.
Capable of being made long-sized and handled with automatic machines.

Smooth casting surface and good precision.
The wide variety of shapes and sizes.

※ Cast Steel
A cast alloy or iron, silicon and carbon with approx. 2.1~4.0 wt% carbon.
In this group of materials the carbon is segregated as graphite and
shows a grey coloration of the fracture surface.
Due to this fact cast steel with graphite is often named grey iron casting.
Besides some special materials there are tow main groups, which are
cast iron with lamellar graphite and spheroid cast iron.
