SA213 규정은, Seamless (SMLS) 스테인레스와 합금강
보일러와 과열기, 열 교환기용 튜브에 대한 규정입니다.

SA213-T2 재질은 합금강 튜브로 Nominal Chromium 0.5%
Nickel 0.5% 수준의 Ni-Cr Alloy Tube 입니다.

SA213-T2 는, Full or Isothermal Anneal, Normalized and Tempering
열처리 조건이 있을 수 있는 강재 입니다.

※ Steel Tubes for Boiler and Heat Exchanger (열 전달용 강관)
Steel tubes used for carrying out delivery and receipt of heat inside
and outside tubes, such as boiler and heat exchangers.

보일러, 열 교환기등 관의 내외에서 열을 주고 받음(수수)를 행함을
목적으로 하는 곳에 쓰이는 강관.

※ SMLS (Seamless : 無繼目鋼管 : 무계목강관)
Steel tubes without a seam, manufactured by hot-rolling, extrusion
or punching from ingot or semi-product, or machining after piercing.
Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tube is called finished
seamless steel tubes.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기(압출)로
제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조 된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.

※ Isothermal annealing (등온 어닐링)
Annealing involving austenitizing , follow by cooling which is interrupted
by sucking for a period at a temperature at which the transformation from
austenite into ferritic and pearlite, or cementite and pearlite, is complete

철강재를 오스테나이트화한 후 펄라이트 변태 온도 근처까지 냉각하고
그 온도에서 오스테나이트가 페라이트와 펄라이트, 또는 시멘타이트와
펄라이트로 완전하게 변태가 일어나도록 균열화 처리하는 어닐링을 말합니다.
