Al 1050, 1050 Aluminum 은, 순 알루미늄 99.5% 입니다.
합금 원소가 없으므로, 금속간 화합물이 없고, 석출물이 없어

우수한 내식성과 열, 전기 전도성이 좋은 금속입니다.
Al 1050 알루미늄은 높은 연성 (high ductility),

높은 반사 성능 (high reflective), 비중 2.705 g/㎤ 입니다.
Aluminum Alloy 1050 과 1050A 재질은 거의 동일한 Spec으로

1050A 재질이 1050 보다 약간 높은 강도이고
reflection plates, lighting fixtures, ornaments,

tanks for chemical industry, conductive materials and others,
extruded coiled tube for equipment and containers for food 용도입니다.

Al 1050 Aluminum 금속은 열처리에 의해 경화 되지 않고
가공이나 냉간 압연에 의한 경화만 가능합니다.

※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.

금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.
