Ohmalloy ®, K91670 재질은 전기 저항 전열용 강재 (resisting alloy)입니다.
13% 수준의 크롬 합금, 페라이트 스텐레스이면서 연성 (ductility)입니다.

높은 전기 저항 특징으로 982℃ 까지 내산화성이며
ASTM B603 규정은 Resistivity Range 119 ~130 чΩ·cm 입니다

Ohmalloy ®, UNS K91670 는 ASTM B603 Class 3.
EN 1.4725, CrAl 14-4,VDM Aluchrom W, A603 Alloy 로도 불립니다.

전기에너지가 소모되는 분야와 Heating conductors, Electronics and
electrical engineering 으로, Strip, Wire 형태,니켈 없는 전열 합금 제품입니다.

※ Ferritic Heat Resisting Steels
Heat resisting steels with ferritic structure
Generally, they have characteristics of small thermal stress
due to the small coefficient of thermal expansion and
large thermal conductivity, and of high creep strength
and high yield point at high temperature.

페라이트 조직을 가지는 내열강. 일반적으로 열팽창계수가 작고,
열전도도가 큼으로 열 응력이 작으며, 높은 크립 강도,
고온에서 고항복점을 가지는 특징이 있습니다.

※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.

금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.
