Al 6013 알루미늄은 Al-Mg-Si series 합금으로, 6000 series 는
어느 정도의 강도와 내식성, 성형성이 있지만, 용접성이 좋지 않습니다.

6013 Aluminum 합금은 우주 항공용 재료로 사용되며
높은 성형성 (formability)으로, 비행기 동체용 판넬 과 엔진 덮개용

항공기 앞과 뒷날개 가장자리 (leading and trailing edges) 에 사용됩니다.
박리 저항성 (剝離 : exfoliation : 벗겨져 떨어져 나오는 현상)과

SCC (stress corrosion cracking : 응력 부식 균열)이 적으며
stretch forming(늘림 성형)이 좋으며, Temper T4, T6 열처리 종류입니다.

※ Aluminium Temper “T” meaning
Thermally treated to produce stable tempers other than F, O or H
Applies to products which are thermally treated, with or without
supplementary strain-hardening, to produce stable temper.

안정된 질별로 하기 위해 추가적인 가공 경화 유무와 상관없이
열처리 한 것을 말하고, 질별 기호로 F, O, H 가 있습니다.

※ Temper T4
Solution Heat Treated and Naturally Aged to a Substantially Stable Condition
Applied to a products that are not cold worked after solution heat treatment,
or in which the effect of cold work in flattening or straightening may not be
recognized in applicable mechanical properties.

고용화 열처리 후 자연 시효 경화 (aged) 해, 안정화된 상태를 말합니다.
고용화 열처리 후 냉간 가공을 하지 않으며, 편평도와 직선도를 가공를 하더라도
기계적 특성에는 영향을 미치지 않는 수준으로 합니다.

※ Natural ageing (자연 시효)
Strengthening of an alloy by spontaneous precipitation of soluble constituents
from a super-saturated solid solution at room temperature.

상온에서 과포화 고용체로부터 가용 성분을 석출 하여 합금을 강화하는 것을 말합니다.
