44SMn28, 1.0762, EN 10087 재질은 높은 황 함량으로 쾌삭 성질을
가지면서, JIS S45C 수준의 높은 탄소량으로, 높은 강도가 가능합니다.

열처리 없는 상태에서 인장강도 630~900 MPa 이고
15SMn13 (1.0725), 36SMn14 (1.0764) 보다 강도가 높습니다.

EN 10087 Free Cutting Steel 규정에서는 황 함량이 적어도 0.1%
이상으로 정했고, 44SMn28 재질은 황 함량 nominal 0.28% 입니다.

아시아권에서 기계 구조용 탄소강재로 가장 많이 사용되는 S45C
탄소량 0.45% nominal 로, 44SMn28 재질의 탄소량은 0.44% 로

S45C 강재의 기계적 성질 수준에 절삭성을 향상 시킨 강종이 44SMn28 강재이고
44SMn28 재질은, Quenching and Tempering 열처리도 가능한 강재입니다.

44SMn28 재질은 높은 자동 기계 가공성 — high automatic machinability
우수한 작업성 — excellent workability, High strength — 고강도 강재입니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)

fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강)
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.
