P245GH 는 압력용기용으로 사용하는 단조강 규격입니다.
EN 10222-2 규정의 고온용으로 사용되는 강재입니다.

P245GH 는 400℃ 에서 120 MPa (50＜tr≤160) 까지
Minimum 0.2% proof strength properties at elevated temperature 성질입니다.

Stress rupture properties 에서는, 480℃, 200,000 시간 조건에서
33 MPa 강도를 가지는 강재이고, creep strength limit 480℃ 까지 규정입니다.

P245GH 는 단조강으로, Annealing, Normalizing, NT (normalizing and tempering)
QT (quenching and tempering) 열처리 해서 사용하는 강재입니다.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
pressure vessels.

압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Forging effect (鍛造效果 : 단조 효과)
The degree of the size of deformation by the operation of forging
It is generally presented by appending the symbol of operation
type to the ratio of the cross-sectional area before forging to the
sectional area after finishing forging.

단조의 목적 (성형과 재질 개선)의 하나인 재질의 강인화 정도.
일반적으로 단련 성형비나 기계적 성질로 나타낸다.

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.

일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
