BS S145 재질은 영국의 Aerospace 용도의 스텐레스 Symbol 입니다.
스텐레스로서 내식성은 중간 정도이지만, 강도가 높은 석출 경화 스텐입니다.

BS S145 재질은 BS S143 재질의 화학적 성질은 같지만
열처리에 따라 S145, S143 으로 구분되며

BS S145 도, 열처리에 따라 BS S145D, BS S145H 로 구분됩니다.
또한 BS S145 는, 3S145 FV520, Def Stan 95-14 재질과 비교 가능합니다.

S145D, 재질은 우주 항공 및 방위 산업용, 정밀 부품,
높은 기계적 성질이 필요한 산업, 자동차 산업 용도로 사용됩니다.

※ Solution treatment (용체화 처리, 고용화 처리)
Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution

이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재 용해 되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
