TP4MHH 재질은, High-Hardness (고 경도), Mirror-Finish (고 경면)
플라스틱 금형강으로 TP4M 의 경화능 조정 강재입니다.

TP4MHH 는, 제조사에서 열처리 하는 pre-hardened 재질로, 추가적인
열처리 없이, 사용 가능하고, 경도 35~38 HRc 입니다.

Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum 합금인 SNCM 합금에
경화능 향상 원소인, Vanadium 을, 합금한 합금강재입니다.

TP4MHH 재질은 Normalizing + Quenching 후 Double Tempering
열처리 하는, 고경면, 고정밀 사출 제품 성형용 금형강으로 쓰입니다.

※ Tempering (뜨임 열처리)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product, generally after quench hardening,
or another heat treatment to bring the properties to the required level, and
consisting of heating to specific temperature (＜Ac1 )and soaking one or
more time, followed by cooling at an appropriate rate.
Tempering generally leads to a reduction in hardness
but can, in certain cases, cause an increase in hardness.

철강재를 퀜칭 경화 후, 또는 특정 수준의 성질을 얻기 위하여 (＜Ac1 ) 온도
이하의 특정 온도로 가열한 후 한두 번 균열화한 다음, 적당한 속도로
냉각하는 별도의 열처리로
보통 템퍼링은 경도를 감소 시키지만, 어떤 경우에는 도리어
경도가 증가할 수도 있습니다.

※ Hardness (경도 : 硬度)
Resistance to plastic deformation usually by indentation.
For steel users, it is a parameter to express different mechanical
properties of steel. It should be considered together with other
properties. For example, if two different steel grades have both
50 HRC hardness, it does not necessary mean both have the
same mechanical properties or wear resistance.

압인이나 긁힘에 의한 변형, 특히 영구적인 변형에 대한 재료의
내구성으로 강재의 기계적 성질의 지표입니다.
다른 강재가, 같은 경도 값을 가지더라도 내마모성, 기계적 성질이
다를 수 있으니, 경도와 함께 다른 기계적 성질도 참고해야 합니다.
