AW 6026 재질은 Bithmus (Bi), Lead (Pb) 합금으로
좋은 기계 가공성 — good machinability

극히 좋은 양극처리성 — very good anodizability
좋은 내식성과 용접성으로는 중간 정도의 성질 금속입니다.

AW 6026 알루미늄 합금은 자동 선반에서 고속으로 절단 절삭 가능한
쾌삭성 알루미늄으로 고온 성형성 (plastic deformability) 재질입니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강)
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.

Electrode at which anodic reaction predominates
양극 반등이 두드러진 금속

※ Aluminium Temper “T” meaning
Thermally treated to produce stable tempers other than F,O or H
Applies to products which are thermally treated, with or without
supplementary strain-hardening, to produce stable temper.

안정된 질별로 하기 위해 추가적인 가공 경화 유무와 상관없이
열처리 한 것을 말하고, 질별 기호로 F, O, H 가 있습니다.

※ Aluminium Temper T6 meaning
Solution heat-treated, and then artificial age hardened
Applies to products which are not cold works after solution
heat treatment, and then artificially age hardened.
Therefore, the effect of cold work in flattening or
straightening may be small.

고용화 열처리 이후에 인공 시효 경화한 후 안정화 된 상태를 말하고
고용화 열처리 이후에 냉간 가공을 실시하지 않으며 변형을 바로잡기 위한
냉간 가공은 기계적 성질에 영향이 작은 수준을 말합니다.

※ Aluminium Temper T9 meaning
용체화 처리 후 인공 시효 경화 처리를 하고, 다시 냉간 가공한 것을 말합니다.
용체화 처리 후 인공 시효 경화 처리를 하고, 강도를 증가 시키기 위해
다시 냉간 가공한 것을 말합니다.
